If you request a refund within 14 days of payment, we will provide a full refund for any reason. You can receive a refund without any conditions or restrictions.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Request a refund through the feedback feature within the Service
  2. Provide payment information (email, payment date)
  3. Refund request confirmation and processing (3-5 business days)
  4. Refund completed to original payment method

The time required for actual refund after approval may vary depending on the payment method:

  • Credit Card: 3-7 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Other payment methods: 5-10 business days

You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you can continue to use the Service until the end of the current billing period after cancellation. How to cancel:

  • Click the cancel subscription button
  • After confirmation, automatic payment stops from the next billing date
