Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

The PPT Automation Service (hereinafter "Service") is a web-based service provided by BP Studio (hereinafter "Company") that automatically performs text replacement based on PowerPoint templates and Excel data uploaded by users to generate customized presentations.

2. Terms of Use

Registration is required to use this Service, and users must provide accurate information. Users must comply with applicable laws and these Terms when using the Service.

• Only individuals aged 14 or older or legal entities may use the Service.
• Account information must be used only by the account holder and cannot be transferred to others.
• The Service may not be used for illegal purposes.

3. Pricing and Payment

The Service offers a free plan and a paid plan (Pro Plan). The paid plan is provided on a monthly subscription basis, and payments are processed through Paddle.

• Free Plan: Up to 10 slides and 20 variables
• Pro Plan: $9.99/month (unlimited slides and variables)
• Subscriptions are automatically renewed monthly. If not cancelled before the renewal date, payment will be automatically charged.

4. Intellectual Property

Copyright of files uploaded by users belongs to the users. The Service uses such files only for processing purposes and deletes them from the server after processing is complete. Intellectual property rights to the Service's software, design, logo, etc. belong to the Company.

5. Service Restrictions and Termination

The Company may restrict service use or suspend accounts without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of these Terms
• Use of the Service for illegal activities
• Interference with normal operation of the Service
• Infringement of others' rights

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is," and the Company makes no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Service. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

The Company may modify these Terms as necessary, and modified Terms become effective upon notice within the Service. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you may discontinue use of the Service and delete your account.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes related to use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
